Just installed our 5 step AquaStairs. Love the design for getting in and out of the water but I must warn you, these are HEAVY. It is not easy to pull up out of the water for one person. I can do it but it's a struggle. I contacted Customer Service for tips on making this easier and they suggested tying a rope to a lower step to help get leverage. If you want a step system that is easy to pull out on your own, this might not be the right choice.

I purchased the aqua stairs for my pontoon. I was excited to have this ladder so my parents who are getting older can spend more time on the boat. We had some issues with it and ended up spending an additional $80 to have someone local fix it and make it work. All is well that ends well I guess. When it is working correctly, it is a great ladder
