As you discussed over the phone with both our Service Manager and our owner, recent demand has greatly exceeded supply, and unfortunately we have been at the mercy of our suppliers during this pandemic. We wish there is more we could have done to meet your expectations during this process. We hope we are able to prove our commitment to our customers to you in the future.
Called parts about a life jacket warranty issue. They said they would call Hyperlite about a replacement...BOOM 10 days later a new life jacket appears on our front porch. Awesome customer service from ASM and Hyperlite. Thank you Thank you!

Service has been slow. Told parts were in warehouse and actually they weren’t. Then had to end up ordering. Boat has been there for over a month now. Still waiting. It would at least help if someone would call you back when they said they would. At the moment not happy.
Aqua Sport Marine's staff are hands down some of the most honest and genuine people that you can have help you! I can with 100% confidence recommend them to anyone in the market for a boat or needing any repairs done to this team!
