When you want the best you go to Aqua Spas. I did, and couldn't be happier. Not only is my Twilight hot tub great, but the after service sales and support is fantastic. Bruno, the dog, is always there to greet you and provide world class customer service. Danielle, the owner, is ok too. However, I prefer Bruno. In all seriousness, Danielle is great and runs the store like a real pro. Be sure to ask her about the time she wore an Elmo outfit in the snow!
We purchased a blemished model from Aqua Spa in December a year ago. We did this knowingly as it was a workaround to the shortage of hot-tubs that is currently ongoing. The stated procedure was that it would be brought to factory standards by repairing/replacing any parts that were part of the marked blemish. There was some issues with the shipping dates in regards to what was stated in person, versus what ended up on the contract, but that is on me for not checking the contract.
