Update: He offered to do a free diagnostic on my new softener. He came and did it and found a leak. He fixed the leak and checked all the settings. Thank you! I would NOT recommend this company! I called them to come and look at my water softener to see if they could repair it. He gave me an estimate and when I was ready, I called them to come and fix it. He came over to do the repair and he said something about the pipes being the wrong size so he would have to come back. I never heard back from him even after emailing and ... read more

I would NOT recommend this company! I called them to come and look at my water softener to see if they could repair it. He gave me an estimate and when I was ready, I called them to come and fix it. He came over to do the repair and he said something about the pipes being the wrong size so he would have to come back. I never heard back from him even after emailing and calling numerous times. But things worked out better for us. I got a brand new softener for not much more than he was going to charge to repair mine. He didn't... read more
