BEWARE. Be sure and ask first if they will service your water softener unit. I told the woman who I made the appointment with that I had an old Sears filter and agreed to pay the $117.50 service call with the hopes of having it repaired. The technician arrived this morning, looked at the unit without touching it and said Aquasoft does not work on these. He is not supposed to even touch it.
