I am writing to formally complain about the dental treatment I received at your clinic today. Recently, I noticed some discomfort in a tooth that had previously undergone a root canal at this clinic. I visited your clinic to have it checked. The dentist informed me that the filling in that tooth was loose and said it needed to be redone. The filling procedure was extremely rushed and careless.
