Had Aqua Shield install our roof, windows and siding. They did an okay job on the roof, but I can't say the same for the windows and siding. I'm still waiting on a couple of minor pieces; was told they would be there to finish it up on a certain date, but nobody showed up and that was months ago. Had siding come off shortly after installed and it took forever to get them back to fix it. We have been dealing with them for over a year.

I submitted a request for an estimate to get some siding repaired. I got a call the next day saying he could be there the next day, which was a Friday, and that he would call when he was on his way. He never called or showed up. It's been 2 weeks and I've never heard from them again. Will not be using.

This company was amazing to work with, any concerns were addressed right away Shane went above and beyond to take care of our roof, gutters and shed. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need off roofing services!
