My husband and I try to eat at all the different restaurants on 5th Ave but we somehow find ourselves at Aqua. My husband loves their whole fried snapper and I just can't resist the blackened salmon. I have never been disappointed with anything I ordered. They are very will to to do whatever makes you happy and they do it so politely. From the first time we ate at Aqua the owner Gordon and his staff treated us like we were regulars. Now we feel like family. The salmon was delicious and if you are in the mood for an appetizer get the cheese fondue!
