When we inquired about Aqua Science product we heard back within a few hours and their was a tech out the next day to give us a quote which we had back with a few hours. When we decided to go with them, they came within a week, and was done in 6 hours. Great service, great product and we are extremely happy with our misting system.

Good service! Fantastic product! Had an issue with my water heater. There were NO anode rods. Had new one replaced and the water heater flushed. Thanks Ryan for checking it out for me.
Everyone involved in our project from Aqua Science was excellent, from design, scheduling and installation. We had a problem with the pump right off the bat, and you couldn't ask for a more responsive company. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a mist system for your home.
INSTRUCT CUSTOMERS ON THE OPERATION AND MAINTAINANCE OF THE MIST SYSTEM AFTER INSTALLATION. Mist america is far better.
Sets a 5 hour window 12-5. Calls 3 hours in and say the guy is going to be here closer to 5pm. No one showed up, no call, nothing. Thanks for wasting the entire afternoon. Never again. WAS a customer of 10 years. Already booked with Integrity Water Services. Your competitors will appreciate my business. If you would like your time wasted, this is the company for you.
Service was fantastic. I met with Gerald for the estimate and walked through the design and installation. the installation date was made and I was notified of who would be installing the system. Ernesto was on time and we walked through the design and process. He provided ideas that would make the system more appealing to the eye as well as how the system would work. The install was done quickly and there was no mess left for me to clean up. The system works great!
