Communicating with her can be challenging, due to her delayed response or complete lack of response. She is changeable in her diagnoses from one appointment to the next. She brings her personal opinions into the clinical setting. Don't expect her to be early if she is not already seeing patients on a given day. When Kristine found out I planned to put poor reviews online she left an incredibly manipulative/passive aggressive voicemail on my phone. She is a gaslighter & she is unethical.

I have struggled with Bipolar I since I was pre-teen. In fact, I have a particularly vile form of the disorder called mixed episodes. Additionally, I have lived abroad in several countries for most of my life. As a result, I have seen more psychiatrists than I care to count. This is the best doctor I have ever been to. I was very depressed and Dr. Vallrugo was sensitive, kind, and understanding. I felt so relaxed in her office talking about my problems. I strongly recommend this doctor

dr kristine vallrugo should lose her license to practice. the way she practices medicine is not safe. i also do not believe she is all there in the head.
