I agree this experience was not pleasant. If you are tempted to use the Groupon for two mani/pedi services ... DON'T! First off you must make an appointment, which isn't too bad except I couldn't get an appointment sooner than a week away. Secondly, I had been there for a mani/pedi the previous year and was told the Groupon was for New Customers only. After this disappoinment, I was also told by the rude receptioninst that they would not give services for the face value of the Groupon and you must get the refund from Groupon... read more

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Do Not Get this from Groupon.!!!!!!! The worst experience ever. Very unprofessional and did not do a good job. I hated I purchase this from groupon. I will be careful from here on to check the rating. Do not recommend at all.

TERRIBLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. BEWARE. RUN AWAY. I purchased a Groupon for my mother at Aqua Spa and Salon in Tucker, Georgia. My mother went in to redeem her service a couple of days later and they told her she needed to make an appointment. They scheduled her for an appointment for today, July 3, 2013. After her arrival to the salon, my mother sat for 20 minutes before she was greeted by anyone on the Staff. Do not go to this salon. I recently went for a manicure and pedicure, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. I'm pretty sure the employee had zero experience performing a manicure (didn't soak my hands and nails, added acetone straight into the nail polish bottle to 'loosen it up') which resulted in a sloppy polish job- I honestly could have done a better one myself, and actually removed the polish when I got home. sweet stylist~ – I went today to use my Half off depot certificate, which was for a highlight and cut. Kristye Wilson, the stylist did an awesome job, she did exactly what I asked for. I normaly go to Jamison Shaw, but to be honest with you their quality has decreased and their snobbery has increased. That being said I feel like I have found a great, new salon. Best color and cut! – I had came to Aqua Salon for a color because it was messed up by my other stylist so I tried this place. My stylist, did a consultation w/ me and assured that I would look like I wanted when I left. She said she was doing a corrective color. Amateur Hour at the Salon – I waited a full week since my appointment at Aqua Salon to write this review, as I was hopeful I'd feel better about my experience there after some time to process and reflect. Highly Recommended!! – I highly recommend the Aqua Salon in Tucker! My hair cut & style by Ashlee was simply wonderful. She sincerely listened to what I wanted and then gently made suggestions that greatly improved upon my original idea. My shampoo was relaxing and she improved my hair texture dramatically by the conditioners she used on it. I love my hair cut! It is very easy to maintain and is exactly the look I wanted.
