Since the fire on March 19, 2017, I have had nothing but erractic emails from Noel, the owner, when requesting a refund of my prepaid services package. I tried to be patient but she has been very unprofessional in refunding my money. I went to the BBB and she was offended as I was getting no satisfaction from her. She is not at all concerned with her previous customers and I believe she has no intention of refunding my money.
I had a great experience here. This was my first time coming here in many years. The stylists are great. Marissa gave me a great haircut and her head massage was awesome! I love their point system! You get credit for all services and I especially love how when I refer someone, they get $20 off their service and I do too! Haircuts start at $30 with someone who is newer (they have a nice term for it, but I forgot.) I definitely recommend coming here!
