Thomas and Chad did an excellent job working on our pool cover.
Quick, efficient service
I broke my pool cover motor. Repair was scheduled for my convenience. Experienced workmen (same men who have come over many years) came on schedule, completed repair (replaced motor) quickly.
Personable and knowledgeable technicians arrived on time and installed replacement pool cover in very good order with excellent efficiency. I've been a customer for over 30 years and was very pleased with recent purchase/installation.
I called cover Safe pools today to come and do a repair. My experience with everyone from Tandy on the phone to the two technicians who came to my house, was absolutely wonderful. They were extremely kind, helpful, resourceful. We love our cover safe pool cover and I’ve been so happy with it and even happier with the customer service.
