We needed some service on our auto pool cover and Thomas was excellent. Our cover has some unique designs which required them to need to come out a couple of times to get everything functioning properly. Thomas did an excellent job making sure that our expectations were met and communicated with me in between visits to make sure I was aware of timelines. He was always courteous and friendly! Would love to work with Thomas again!

Coversafe was able to send someone earlier than expected. Chad was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to make some adjustments to help our cover operate more smoothly. He also did a great job of explaining the best options for repairing and maintaining our pool cover.
Nick from Cover Safe was out today to service our pool cover. The original lasted over 8 years and this new cover is a year old. It developed some very small holes and was leaking water onto the top of the cover. I was impressed how quickly Nick was able to diagnose and repair this issue. He did so in a quick and professional manner. I believe in pool covers. I think it is the best way to protect your pool from small kids accidentally falling into the pool.
