Tom Norton is definitely a professional. He explained everything while he tested our water. As a result we purchased the whole house water treatment, and the under counter filtration system. Tim the installer was also a Professional as he explained everything while he was done and I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Rainsoft treatment of Chicago.

We had a water treatment system installed last month and couldn’t be happier. The difference in water quality is noticeable right away everything tastes and feels better. The system works great and we’re very happy with the results.
I am very happy with the system, but their financing company is totally incompetent. They send out their statements late so that it's impossible to make payments on time. Then they charge late fees. I was promised a $300 rebate against my first 3 payments. I had to ask them for that and then it bounced. They have yet to make that good. I paid off the entire system early and then 2 weeks after the check cleared, I get the monthly statement - a week after it's due.
