We had a great experience start to finish. The tech was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain our water test results without any pressure. Installation was clean and efficient, and we noticed the difference in water quality immediately. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for honest service and quality products.
We had a water treatment system installed last month and couldn’t be happier. The difference in water quality is noticeable right away everything tastes and feels better. The system works great and we’re very happy with the results.
I am very happy with the system, but their financing company is totally incompetent. They send out their statements late so that it's impossible to make payments on time. Then they charge late fees. I was promised a $300 rebate against my first 3 payments. I had to ask them for that and then it bounced. They have yet to make that good. I paid off the entire system early and then 2 weeks after the check cleared, I get the monthly statement - a week after it's due. We had a great experience with this company. Our water was terrible but is now great. Our service technician was very friendly and went above and beyond.
After a somewhat rough beginning that began after our most recent service call, Rainsoft responded to the concerns which were identified in an earlier review. Rainsoft technician Josh came to our home, tested the water and proceeded to address all of our previous concerns as well as provide information and insights into the operation of the reverse osmosis system. My wife and I are now completely satisfied with the follow-up and support that Rainsoft has provided.
