I was completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service of the staff of RainSoft specially Veli Veliu. He is great in connecting with customers. He was patient, empathetic, and listened to our needs. He was able to demonstrate the product very well.
Unsolicited calls and gift card scam
Don't recommend! We have had our system for 3 years now. This system cost us $7100 to begin. Every year we have done the maintenance of changing the filters and all that.. almost $400 yearly.. this year they come and tell us that one of the tanks needs to be replaced because it's considered a filter to them which is $1000 dollars more intop of the maintenance of 400. They never mentioned to us that that was something we would inquired. They sold us the as long as you are changing the filters yearly with them everything else ... read more
We’ve had our whole home filtration, water softener and R/O system for 5 years and love it except for the high yearly maintenance costs. Rainsoft of Chicago is the only dealer near the Peoria area and they are hard to get a hold of but I recently found out you can text the main number for faster service. We try scheduling maintenance every year to change filters and have seals checked. The service techs are always friendly and leave the work space clean.
