We love our water system. The water tastes great and feels great. We had gone through many softeners over the years and they never got the water to the quality it is now. The install went flawlessly and everyone we have interacted with so far has been great!

After getting our system installed, I can honestly say my water has never been better. Showers feel softer, my dishes don’t have spots anymore, and even my coffee tastes better. Didn’t realize how much of a difference it would make until I had it.
We setup a water test through Home Depot. The technician that came out was very informative. We bought a water treatment system for our house and within a week my wife's skin issues have gone away completely. The technician that tested our water and the install crew were very professional.
Deceptive business practices. They lie to you during their sales pitch and promise things they later will not honor. They already over charge you for what you are getting then lie about the benefits of going with their company. Better off buying a system at Home Depot and installing it yourself or paying someone to install. They also pressure you during their sales pitch and make you feel backed into a corner that if you don’t agree right then and there if you later decide you want it they will charge you a higher price.
