Deceptive business practices. They lie to you during their sales pitch and promise things they later will not honor. They already over charge you for what you are getting then lie about the benefits of going with their company. Better off buying a system at Home Depot and installing it yourself or paying someone to install. They also pressure you during their sales pitch and make you feel backed into a corner that if you don’t agree right then and there if you later decide you want it they will charge you a higher price. Great product! Anthony was phenomenal and a tremendous help to a tricky install.
Sadly disappointed. Purchased a RainSoft whole house filtration system, softener, RO, and ozone for laundry in 2018, shelling out approx $10k. Over 7 years, despite many more thousand$ in service calls, repeated replacements of filters and parts small and large, and system rebuilds, we've only had decent RO water (most of the time), but everything else has remained horrible. Would definitely not recommend this company. The installation was absolutely horrible. Installer was terrible and ran a light gage extension cord and a power strip rather than installing a new receptacle. He then told me that he’s not an electrician yet he’s doing unsafe electrical work. Drilled holes in my slop sink for the drain rather than installing a larger pvc drain. I wanted to relay how disappointed I am with this company. I had a consultation through Home Depot back in December with Job. I was ready to move forward with a water treatment system at this point so wanted to compare my options between companies. Unfortunately, I misplaced the paper Job, the sales person that came out had given me with the systems and I had written down the chemicals that came up in my water testing.
