After a somewhat rough beginning that began after our most recent service call, Rainsoft responded to the concerns which were identified in an earlier review. Rainsoft technician Josh came to our home, tested the water and proceeded to address all of our previous concerns as well as provide information and insights into the operation of the reverse osmosis system. My wife and I are now completely satisfied with the follow-up and support that Rainsoft has provided.
Home depot sent an outstanding salesman that convinced us to spend over $5000 on this "forever" softener. 11 months later our water is worse than not having one and we need to pay $190 for a technician to come troubleshoot. This company is scandalous and will rob you of your hard earned money. STAY AWAY.
We love our water system. The water tastes great and feels great. We had gone through many softeners over the years and they never got the water to the quality it is now. The install went flawlessly and everyone we have interacted with so far has been great!

After getting our system installed, I can honestly say my water has never been better. Showers feel softer, my dishes don’t have spots anymore, and even my coffee tastes better. Didn’t realize how much of a difference it would make until I had it.
