He spent the time to hear my frustrations, apologized and then went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. We had a unique situation with our fireplace not starting correctly and he communicated very well to understand the problem and get it resolved quickly. I am never one to leave negative reviews but after dealing with their incompetence and lack of customer service myself this past week, here we are. Beg. of September we were shopping for a hot tub, one w/o a lounge so everyone has a seat. Kelly showed us a tub without the lounge, and said it would arrive in 6 weeks. We ordered it then didn’t hear from them for 2 mos. We reached out and we kept getting different stories about the delay and delivery date. Finally arrived at the end of Nov. This place is the biggest joke I have ever dealt with in my life!!!! This place has more negative reviews than positive buyers beware!!!! I ordered a spa at the fair last year was told 3-4 weeks to get. Well that was a lie!!! called Rick answers hear the excuse how they use to be built in Arlington now Spokane blah blah. 3 months later spa shows up and it’s not the right one it has a lounge in it. 0 STARS! this place is absolutely terrible with customer service. I've tried to get a tech to come out and look at a fireplace they installed a year ago. It took 2 months to get on the schedule and when he couldn't fix it they kept giving me the run around. If you happen to deal with a guy named Rick who does the scheduling you mine as well give up. I've had to call there over a dozen times and he either "will call me back" which he hasn't done once or gives some kind of excuse. I've even tried asking for someone else to hel... read more
