I’ve gotten nothing but awesome product and service from this store. The people are so friendly and helpful. Yesterday, RJ & David did a fabulous job installing my new electric fireplace. They were helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. I would recommend them & this Aqua Rec’s store to anyone.
We chose this company because of the knowledgeable salesman! Shout out to Chris Urban in the Bonney Lake store. He was helpful. He was very knowledgeable. He was very great to work with. Jeff was fabulous. I wasn’t sure why the pellet stove was not firing up. Jeff was very thorough and checked / tested every thing to make sure all was working as it should.
