AVOID this dishonest company. Does not reply to emails, is unprofessional, does not communicate effectively, misplaces money , makes up stories, lies, the memos from Aqua are a guessing game, does not know the difference between an assessment and maintenance, and the list goes on. Aqua is by far the worst property management ever in less than one year they have shown their true colors.
Absolutely the worst management company in Fort Lauderdale. In the last 2 years since Mark has managed our HOA, the property has gone from a very nice and beautiful property to the worst looking property in coral ridge. Every attempt to contact the company is met with dismissal and aggression. Avoid this company at all costs
