I love,love love my softwater, I cannot expound on this enough its true my hair is literally softer,easier to manage and the minute our softener runs out of salt my water changes back to hard and its no longer awesome.I don't care what any any one says soft water is the only way to go.No more spots on my dishes,glassware is clean.It really seamed like I got a new dishwasher or something because their is no spots ever on my dishes and I no longer buy jet dry.So moving forward I will always have a water softener for the rest o... read more
I have the water softener and the reverse osmosis. My wife and I together decided this would be the best solution for our home and are we happy we did. She loves her hair and I can tell you that I have personally and the peace of mind, and knowing my family is safe from bad things that used to be in the water.

What is the matter with these people? I get a request for a water sample that looks official enough and mail it in. They call me back and say that my sample has been “flagged” and they want to send a technician out for more testing. I immediately get suspicious and tell the lady on the phone that if this is a sales call that I will be angry. Paul Santos and the gentleman with him did a great job, were efficient, looked professional and left a totally clean work area when completed. Paul explained the system and how it works as well as changing the filters. The filter they installed is giving us clean, healthy water and we couldn't be happier. Paul also explained what was most likely the cause of the damage being done to our bathroom faucets (new home, less than 1 year old, and they may need to be replaced before long) due to the well water. Our entire experience with Aqua Pure Solutions in North Port, Florida has been positive from the time we had our water checked (and the great information presented and explained to us by ****), to the installation of their quality equipment. The entire staff is knowledgeable and can answer any questions presented to them. I made an appointment for Bob to come to our home on 5/21/22 for an explanation of what they have to offer in water softener solutions. Bob was a no show so I called the Aqua Pure office Monday to determine what the problem was regarding the show. I was told Bob called numerous times to confirm that my wife would be at the appointment. I told the lady when the appointment was made that my wife has no interest in dealing with sales people and she would not be present for the appointment. On 5/29/2019 an Aqua Pure representative came to my house after I attended a home show. I ended up buying a whole house system and a reverse osmosis (RO) system after it was explained to me the benefits of both. I was told the RO system would be hooked up to my kitchen sink and refrigerator. A few days later the installer came about 5:00, much later then he was expected.
