The owner Bruce is unresponsive and never does what he says he's going to do. I have been with the company now for over 2 years and they do the bare minimum. For the past 2 months I have been having issues with the pool being green. I have been having to spend money on chlorine, shock and tablets, which is all stuff that should have been provided by them. When we had a problem with our pool turning green they just dropped us as customers after being customers for 3 years. They promised they would be there n just didn’t show. Bruce would never return a phone call even after we promised we would pay extra. When u are a new customer they promise u the world. Horrible customer service. Would not ever recommend anyone using this pool service! They left our pool black!!!
Bruce ( I believe V.P of Marketing)came out and inspected pool on Thurs. Sept. 9th. and set service for next Thurs. Because I had no pool service, he stated he would come out personally and clean the pool on Sat. Never showed up and never contacted me. Tues. 2 guys show up to clean the pool. They knew nothing about Bruce. They called him and he stated they were there because he couldn't make it on Sat. and regular service would be on Thurs.
