If I could leave negative stars I would. Payed premium for a water test. After 3 weeks I called, got the results from the lab, with 0 explanation of what the results mean. Ive called 3 times since, the receptionist is nice and says shes sorry but the owner never calls me back. For 400$ I expected more. I bet if my water was bad and I needed a $10k system they'd be leaving me voicemails.

I had an emergency repair and replacement of my water pressure tank and in-well pump last evening. The on-call service person, Ben, called me right away, listened to the details of what I was experiencing and headed straight out to me. He quickly diagnosed and explained the issue. He had the replacements onboard his truck and set to work. Ben kept me informed of the progress throughout and spent over an hour outside in the snow and dark placing a new pump down the well. Every time I see their ad guy extolling their virtues, it grinds my gears. They did it once, poorly. Pipe adapter not fully seated in the carbon tank and leaked. Refused to come back unless I paid for a service call. Son in law tightened it to compress the packing which was visibly not seated. I use Greco & Haines - they do stuff correctly and don’t need repeat visits.

I own an older home and was desperate for a completely new system; pump, tank, filtration, and a UV sanitizer. Aqua Pump did an amazing job that was timely, cost acceptable and efficient. I can drink my well water!! Just a year later a ran into some concerning speed bumps after a routine annual service on my system. Look for a skilled plumber who has their own business. This is a bloated company that loves charging beyond what is reasonable and tries to get the most out of people. I needed a $20 foot valve replaced. They had four trucks show up, they all stood around chatting until they dropped a giant quote on me to rip everything up and replace it all.
