Aqua Pros in Lynchburg does not provide good customer service. When I called to have our pool closed, the person I spoke with said to call and leave a message. The Service Department has not staff to answer the phones and almost never return calls or are very slow. We usually have to make numerous calls.
Very disappointed with this company. Just moved to Lynchburg. Contacted Aqua Pros on a recommendation from our neighbor and wish we had read the reviews first. The initial visit on Thursday from Aqua Pro representatives was positive and very professional. They cleaned the fireplace and made sure the pilot light was lit. However, when putting the logs back in the fireplace, they indicated they wished they had taken a picture as they weren't sure if the logs were placed correctly.
