I was so happy to have someone come to my home that really knew what they were doing. I had been told by other companies that I needed over $1,000 worth of work and supplies. This technician fixed the problem with a simple solution and walked me through every step of the way during the process! I will always call Aqua with my problems with both air and plumbing! This was my third company I called. I am very pleased.

Water heater wasn't working. $125 just to come out and $45 every 15 minutes. He looked at water heater discussed options and said he would have to call office. I said how long is that going to take as it costs $45 every 15 minutes. He said i could call manufacturer and have them walk through troubleshooting. I asked him to leave. Cost me $200 for nothing. Called manufacturer and they don't walk through troubleshooting. They offer to send someone out, so back to square one.

Great! He was courteous and knowledgeable. I worried about his bare hands on the very cold metal parts of my air unit. He was cheerful and went about his work professionally...an asset to Aqua!!!
