Extremely concerning experience On August 30 at approximately 12:40 PM, I had an extremely disturbing experience involving an Aqua Plumbing & Air company vehicle in Sarasota. The incident happened at/near the intersection of Fruitville Road (SR 780) and Honore Avenue, directly by the Target at 5350 Fruitville Road. Graham King provided outstanding customer service on behalf of Aqua! His inspection and servicing of our AC units was thorough and efficient...his skill in explaining clearly what needed to be done was refreshing in today's competitive AC industry.

Jeovanii was amazing. He was upfront, honest and diligent with the work that needed to be done. I felt like he knew what he was talking about and felt assured he was doing what was right. We will be asking for him again in the future for any of our needs around the house.

After our air conditioner stopped working, Sandro with Aqua Plumbing and Air did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem with our air conditioner. I was concerned that it might be an expensive repair job, but Sandro was able to quickly determine that it was just a clogged drain line from the air handler in our attic that was the problem. He cleaned it out and our a/c was working again. I've used Aqua Plumbing and Air for a number of years and they are always reliable and honest. I highly recommend them.

Joe was very thorough in explaining explaining his HVAC troubleshooting process, as well as the problem itself once it was found and the remediation effort required. He was also very kind to my partner and I, and our dachshund too. Based on my experience with Joe, I would recommend Aqua Plumbing & Air for any HVAC issues.
