David H fixed our Jacuzzi that started leaking. Luckily it was an easy fix. David was prompt, very professional, and had a great attitude (especially considering he was working on a holiday). Thanks again David!
David from Aqua Paradise did an excellent job servicing my jacuzzi. He came to replace the ClearRay bulb and, while doing the work, noticed a leak in the waterfall area that could easily have gone unnoticed. I want to give a big shout-out to David and Starling from Aqua Paradise’s customer service team. They came by my house to replace the steps going into my Jacuzzi, and while they were here they also checked the water and made sure everything was running perfectly. I had my Jacuzzi installed in December and professionally cleaned by David H from AquaParadise today. I couldn't be happier with his work. He's super knowledgeable, reliable and very easy to talk to. He's always on time and goes the extra mile to make sure my Jacuzzi is in proper working order. I would highly recommend him and everyone at AquaParadise for all your spa needs!
Amazing service and friendly staff. Dave and Chris in the showroom spent so much time answering our questions and we never felt rushed or pressured. David H came to our house to set up our first spa and he was fantastic! He went through all the information we would need for using and maintaining our new spa. I feel comfortable embarking on our new Jacuzzi journey with his help.
