location and gym. of course summer can be challenging getting in and out of parking garage, but the location makes up for that. The staff are very professional and curtious. They earn their pay dealing with residents like me...😎

Worst experience . Water pipes damaged and nobody fixes . Dirty building. Criminal activity going on constantly . Very dangerous area and the management is very unprofessional.

beautiful place to live. a little over engineered in some places. things that looked good on paper but not in practicality. all in all though a great place. it would be nice to have the pool heated and 24 hour rooftop access with firepits but good ol VB won't let them.
