The staff was amazing and accommodating. I felt Andrew went above and beyond, but they were all friendly and very helpful. They provided great suggestions for dining and entertainment from an insiders point of view. The hotel itself was “tired.” The hall carpets were stained and worn. The rooms were slightly dated with the bathrooms having mold in the tub caulking, but otherwise clean. Oasis. noun. ō-ˈā-səs: a place of peace, comfort, and refuge. I usually don’t like carpeted hotels but Oasis offered a great value and vibe. I booked through AAdvantage to earn points. The location is superb and room attendants make rounds every three days/as needed. All staff were hospitable and professional including Aaliyah + Andrew, making it a memorable and comfortable trip. Just checking in for 2 nights at the Oasis -- we were not given the rooms we reserved (king beds) and no warning given by the front desk. Yes they were friendly at check in, but not transparent about the rooms. It is a great location and we enjoyed walking to dinner. The rooms itself sure "clean" but not maintained.. walls marked up and corners splitting, muggy smell and hard to cool, and giant tub to step over behind shower doors.

Do not stay here! It reacks of mildew. The fire alarm goes off at all hours. The rooms are run down. The stairways are unsafe. No one resolves issues or refunds money. Horrible experience!
