Rooms are showing age. Shower heads were loose and AC did not cool the room adequately. Great location.
Hidden Resort Fees and Misleading Pricing Very disappointed with this hotel. The advertised room rate is misleading because they charge a compulsory “resort fee” that is not clearly disclosed upfront. By the time you add this mandatory surcharge, the actual cost is significantly higher than the price shown when booking. What’s even more frustrating is that there is nothing remotely “resort-like” about this property. It has a tiny swimming pool and that’s about it. Calling it a resort is a stretch. Fast fuss free check in. Helpful friendly front of house staff. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast area is small so patient is needed to get a table. Breakfast food options are very limited. All wheelchair accessible.
