Real Review: From check-in to check-out, the staff at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Joshua, Tim, Allyiah, Kevin, and Michael were particularly outstanding, demonstrating kindness, friendliness, and a willingness to accommodate our every need. The entire team deserves praise for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone seeking a wonderful place to stay!

Water was leaking from the bathroom light, when I asked to give us one hr late check out, flatly denied it. Poor customer service.

The hotel is older and needs some repairs and updates. The room I had was large and the bed was comfortable. The pool is very small and there were about 10 to 15 lounge chairs for taning. The hotel does have a large resort fee.

The photos on Expedia were very misleading, room is older and in rougher shape then shown. The room also had a very musty smell. When we asked to switch rooms thinking it may have just been that room, we were told by the gentleman working that they were sold out for the night and would try and do something the next day. We never heard back. On a positive note breakfast was great and the front desk lady Aaliyah (I think that’s how it’s spelled) had great customer service and was always in a good mood.

This okayish hotel and they charge hidden resort fee 50$/day which is not stated unless you book directly via them. I booked through capital one and even if you book it via any other third party this will not be reflected and there’s no way you could deny it. They say that the fee is for breakfast, WiFi and room service. So nothing is complimentary here. However, room service is done only 3 days and not everyday.
