Lady(looks like the owner) strongly recommended dip powder nails. I'd never done that but tried, and it was just okay. Felt too thick. The owners were really kind. But the lady named Tin(?) did my nails, and she was so bad. She filed my nails down so much that it hurt, and I mentioned it multiple times, but it was completely ignored. At the end, she grabbed my fingers and shook them, saying I was done in a dismissive way. There was no warm towel or anything like that, which made the experience feel even worse.
