The staff is great, but the receptionist who sits on the right ( the Hispanic lady) is extremely unprofessional. She speaks English to non-Spanish people very well, including her coworkers. She called a woman up before me mind you she’s clearly non Hispanic, and their whole interaction was in English. But when I walked up to her and spoke to her IN ENGLISH, she immediately switched to Spanish. Fabulous Facial with Lauren!
I love going there. I always get a good facial from Lauren Kirk and Kelsey, the receptionist, is a delight!
Ive been going to them for 2 years. They are amazing. From customer service (Lauren and Kelsey are an absolute joy) to treatment efficacy and safety, I recommend them. Also love that they are connected to my derm office.
