NEVER buy anything from this company. faulty parts and even worse business practices. They will steal your money like they did mine. I purchased a part that is not working and they will NOT return my money nor will they attempt to send me a new part. DISHONEST at a whole horrible level. I repeat do not purchase from these crooks!!!!
I purchased a gasket kit for a Jacuzzi spa pump, paid $40.00 + for it. Later I found the same kit for under $15.00. Also one of the extra parts I purchased was the wrong part so I got an RA to return it and when it was delivered to them they refused it. I paid $12 + for that part and found the replacement elsewhere for under $2.00. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
They should take down their site--they are not a legit business! They are a scam company.
Horrible customer service. I'm amazed they stay in business. A 3 month ordeal that could be resolved in 10 minutes has left us with an expensive part for our pool we cannot use. Do not purchase from this business.
RecommendedLeaving a review because Aqua Man hasn't gotten a lot of positive press here recently. I have a 35 year old pool cleaning system by Pool Master, and Aqua-Man is nearly the only place on the Internet that still sells replacement parts. Aqua-Man came through for me with a decent price and I received the order for these "non-stocking" parts in less than a week. This is the second time in two years Aqua Man saved my pool's ancient in-floor cleaning system. I am really grateful. Thanks sooo much!
I needed a part for my customer. I could not get anyone on the phone to speak to. I waited a half a hour listening to the recording play over and over again before I finally hung up.
Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. No wonder they have an 'F' rating with the Better Business Bureau. I ordered 3 safety drain cover kits on 6/18/18, and finally received them on 7/6/18. The problem is that one of the kits was already opened before I received it and critical parts were missing. I tried contacting the company beginning Monday 7/8/18, but was never able to speak to a real person after waiting on hold for 30 minutes.
