For three years, Ive been dealing with Aqua-mans customers, that have come to my business. Thinking I was aquaman, because Aquaman refuses to change their address on their website, as well as their Invoice. Their business moved location over five years ago. They still have their old address listed on all documents. I return mail to senders on a daily basis, and send their phycials customers away disappointed because I cant help them. TERRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH ORDER PARTS GET RECEIPT WITH SHIPPING COST OF 5.71 THEN AFTER I GET MY PART THEY CHARGED 25.95 SHIPPING TO MY CARD, CALLED LEFT MESSAGES, EMAILED, TO NO AVAIL, SO ILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I WARN ALL OTHERS TO STAY AWAY ITS A SCAM BUSINESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Called multiple times, never ever got a person. Most of the voice mailboxes were full. Left 4 voicemails in the accountants box, never heard from them. Finally looked up the owners phone number and left a voice mail with him and there was NO RESPONSE. **** Caveat emptor ****
Worst place i have ever delt with. Ordered parts next day air. Never got, tried calling them . No matter what number you call or extension all you get is everyones voice mails. Have left many many voice mails even the managers and i have wrote them emails with NO ONE getting back with me. Going on 3 business day with still no answer about my order. I ordered a part last week... I have called, left messages, talked to salesmen etc. only to get the run around. No tracking information, no email confirmation, only a promise that they will figure it out. This is the one and only time I will use them. I originally gave it one star I'll change it to three. Based on the fact they resolved it and expedited shipping.
