nonresponsive, sell against their stores, can't get product to their stores in USA, sales reps no longer answer phones

Seems like they have a lot of really great stuff I love, given that I'm a travel/adventure junkie. Unfortunately I was sent to work there through a staffing agency. So I get there, the receptionist was absolutely awful and seemed less interested in her work and more into the conversation I was having with a gentleman who was also waiting to be served. Had a new knife I purchased and there wasn’t a good way to strap the knife. Well I used the clip provided and the knife didn’t hold. I reached out to customer service to let them know what had happened. Well a new knife showed up after showing a receipt of owning the knife for only a couple of days. They sent the smaller knife but they didn’t even need to do what they did sending me another. I do like the way the new knife attaches as well.
