I went in not knowing much about Spas, whirlpools, took the time to explain, asking exactly what I was looking for and price range, how to prepare the area where I was looking to put it, and gave Me plenty of options. I got everything I was hoping for. Everyone from Tom to the guys that delivered were nothing but Professional, understanding and helpful. Even giving Me additional advice and if I had any Questions than in the future just give a call And they will assist.. Fantastic

We had a great experience purchasing our spa from Tom at Aqua Living Factory Outlet. * It was delivered on time as promised. * The spa arrived at my house, by the delivery crew at 12 noon. It was placed where I wanted it to go. As promised by Tom. * At 3 pm the electrician arrived to my house to install the Jacuzzi to my existing 220 electrical hook up. As set up by Tom. As promised. * At 4:30 pm we were starting to add water to the Jacuzzi, once filled it was started and operating well. We are very happy with our purchase. ... read more
