Matt was the best! He welcomed my mom and I in a friendly way.. he made us laugh and it made our day.I wished there were more customer service people in this world like Matt!

I was looking at the cold tub/hot tub. I dealt with Matthew and Chris and they were very patient, nice, funny, and informative. The customer care I received was excellent and above and beyond. Every question I had was answered very throughly. I did end up getting one and the cover! We got the best of both worlds for us, the hot and cold! We are both happy :-) Get yours now, seriously, you won’t be disappointed. You can’t go wrong with the cold tub/hot tub or these guys!
