Billy Dodson was awesome in getting us into the perfect spa for our 11th floor condo. He helped us with every detail including getting the spa up to our balcony by crane...professional in every aspect. His product knowledge was spot on, accurate and informing.
The wife wanted to get a Hot Tub. We decided to look at the one at Aqua Living Factory Outlets on a Saturday morning and met Billy. She like a florrd model which we purchased that day. We received delivery earlier than expected. We love it and not ready to enjoy it.Excellent Customer service! Unfortunately this was destroyed by Hurricane Helene. We got several good years out of it and we are looking forward to getting another one at our new home in Brandon, Fl.
Easy and smooth experience purchasing our G100 hot tub! Billy was helpful and offered a lot of great tips for prepping our space ahead of receiving our tub. We can’t wait to get it in a few weeks!!
Bought a Dr. Wellness hot tub at this store and the entire process was seamless. The salesman Billy is extremely knowledgeable about the products. The delivery team was great. Four men placed the tub in an exact location. A follow up call from the parent company was nice. The hot tub itself appears to use the same construction methods as the competitors but is priced less. I like that there is no wood in the side panels. The Balboa controls are reliable. The high powered pumps are great. The bigger, the better.

He took quality time (almost 3 hours) answering all of our questions and showing us different models. At the end of the visit we left very satisfied and look forward to our new swim spa this summer!!!
