Our sales person John was very knowledgeable on the hot tubs that we were looking for. He was able to answer any questions that I had just to make sure he knew what he was talking about lol. I was at the Columbia showroom with my daughter & son on July 3rd to purchase a hot tub and first impression was they sales rep Joseph did not want to help us his attitude and demeanor was very standoffish. I explained to him what I was looking for and we walked around and looked at a few hot tubs, my daughter like one on the main showroom floor that had two pumps but the rep wanted to show us one with one pump in the warehouse, we said it was nice and walked back to the one in the main room and he insisted the cheaper hot t... read more

If you want a professional person that is pleasant and will work with you and help you get everything you need. You need to go see John Petty at the Columbia store.
