I bought two hot tubs here and it has been one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. They were both for rentals. One have has costs me thousands of dollars in attempted repairs and lost revenue from dissatisfied guests. I wish I had never purchased it! It has only made things worse. The manufacturer has taken no accountability and when working with Matt, the owner/sales rep of this location, we've received no help. The sales person was great. It is the tub that is the problem. I bought a Dr Wellness. Very cut triangle shape, I have had nothing but trouble with the appearance of it. The display is gone. Then sent me a new STICKER to put on it. Now I noticed in one of the seats there are bubbles. Now I find the acrylic is starting to peal. And the top surface looks like HELL. Thes tub is only 2 years old. And they say I have no warranty. Dot buy one.....
We purchased the Aqua Living Dr. Wellness G10K Tranquility Spa. Matt Blymiller was amazing from the beginning helping us pick the right tub for our needs till the end and answering all of our questions I recommend Aqua Living and Matt as your rep. We are so excited for our beautiful spa!!!
