Purchased December of 23, delivered April of 2024. Paid for an extended warranty. Had it wired by a licensed electrician. Worked for about 4 months, then stopped heating up. Called the warranty department and got the complete run around. They told us they would charge us to send a tech out to diagnose the problem. Hired a licensed pool/spa repair company to diagnose issues after the claim was rejected. This company found that the "main board" was bad and said it should be covered under our warranty. I was looking for a hot tub that will fit on my patio. I went to aqua living Factory outlets in Glendale, Arizona. I met Tyler there. He is very knowledgeable on all the hot tubs and all the different features. He got me into a hot tub that is the size I wanted and fit into my budget. I would highly recommend going to see Tyler if you are in the market for a hot tub. He sell stamp cheaper than you can find at the Home shows.
⚠️ BUYER BEWARE: Catalina Spas by LPI We purchased a Catalina Carlton Spa (manufactured by LPI) for nearly $12,000 and within the first month of ownership, the front panel began to warp. Our spa is not even a year old and we are already on our third replacement panel. While LPI has been quick to ship replacement panels, they never sent a technician—leaving us to do the repairs ourselves.
