Recently had a 5 Star experience at Aqua Living in Hartford..was in need of a new Hot Tub Cover for my Caldera Vacanza Vanto Hot Tub...Ryan was amazing, very professional and accommodating and got me the best cover for a great value. I will definitely be going back to Aqua Living and work with Ryan for future needs.
Good selection, good prices, and the sales guy was friendly. We are happy with our hot tub so far. We bought the Hudson Bay and it is just what we needed. It's very basic, but easy to use which is important to us. We already recommended this place to our neighbors who may also be looking for a hot tub.
Great service! We had a very positive experience and shout out to Ryan who was very helpful. We aren’t planning on buying anything until May or June but decided to start looking now so that we are prepared when the time comes. Ryan was great and explained what we are in for and what hot tub ownership is like. He explained energy costs, maintenance and gave us a good idea on what the differences were between each hot tub.
