Ease of purchase and excellent communication throughout
It was great, all of my concerns and questions were answered quickly and completely.
I purchased a golf cart from them for my daughter's quince on 07/05. The buying process was simple, however, once I bought the cart I test drove it in front of the building and the steering was off. Whenever you got to 20mph you lost control of the cart and the cart started moving left to right by itself making it completely unsafe to drive.
