I purchased a hot tub from Aqua living factory outlets back in January 2026. Kim was awesome as a sales rep and technician. The process was seamless, and the Hot Tub and DELIVERY was everything that mentioned. When I called in for support, JASON was very helpful in making sure that my hot tub was filled, and the chemicals were correctly added. His reassurance was very helpful. Any questions I had, any parts I needed, they were always on top of it! Personal experience (even when I live hours away!) If you've been worried about ordering a hot tub online don't be here, they take of their people and go out of their way to help (before the purchase, during the process and after delivery) that's so rare nowadays.
