Paul was great. We had no clue and Paul took the time to answer every crazy question we had and got us into a spa that has been heavenly.
Aqua living on Blackstone only has a few spas on inventory. Carlo the manager walked me through the website and showed so many more options for hot tubs. I will say Carlo made me feel so welcome and did not pressure me into buying anything. I will surely return and buy from him.
