REVIEW UPDATE! LPI INC has horrible customer service. I have been dealing with them for months. My tub started to discolor and the acrylic is bubbling up all though out the tub...not just waterline and below but all over. I have sent countless pictures and videos as they asked. I send the same pictures and videos to 3 different local spa dealers one of which LPI suggested. All 3 said the same thing..Its not chemical damage as LPI is stating. First its because I am using liquid chlorine and now its because of Calcium build up... read more
Gary was a huge help. I was able to come in and see the model I wanted. We discussed options and I bought. There was no pressure to buy or upsell. Purchase was very easy. Gary was up front about everything so I had no questions. Great prices and awesome sales. I am excited to finally get my hot tub!
