Great guy to deal with! Love our tub!
This company is a joke. Do not order from them. They are not honest and strong you along. Then when you try to contact them for over a week everyday. They do not respond back. Buyer beware. Terrible company
REVIEW UPDATE! (10-17-2025) Still nothing from customer service. I was told they are meeting with upper management about this. I was told this several times.... still no response from them or a call from upper management. LPI INC has horrible customer service. I have been dealing with them for months. My tub started to discolor and the acrylic is bubbling up all though out the tub...not just waterline and below but all over. I have sent countless pictures and videos as they asked. DO NOT BUY from this company! Awful product and poor customer service. The $10,000 tub looks great, but in 2-years I’ve had 18 jet cover and assemblies break and a diverter break twice. They would not cover a service visit to fix the diverter that failed in the first year, but they finally agreed to pay for half of the visit. They have sent me replacement jet assemblies for me to fix on my own.
