Do NOT BUY. 5 Years and its now garbage. The fountains broke within the first year. Less than 2 years old and it started leaking under the filter. Called for service and were quoted $800 for a patch job, at least $1500 for new parts. While fixing that, we noticed leaks around the lights. A year later and all the decorative stoned came out. Next year another leak. This last one dripped on the pump and caused a short on the coldest day of the year. Just got it delivered and Love it! The hot tub is amazing and has quickly become our favourite place in this cold. Highly recommend!!!!
I purchased a Dr. Wellness G6 and couldn’t be happier with the tub. The quality is excellent and the service from Aqua Living Royal Oak was great. Delivery was about a week later than expected, but it was during the holidays and completely understandable. Thanks for all the help — I really appreciated it!
Aqua living does not stand behind their hot tubs or their warranty I purchased a $11,000 Dr Wellness hot tub from them 4 months ago and the heating system does not work already they have been giving me the runaround for almost a month continually closing my case File before they even look at the hot tub to see what the problem is terrible customer service poorly manufactured and and poor quality I highly recommend a different brand of hot tub then their doctor Wellness save yourself the headache and the expense
