We were complete novices when it came to spas. We looked on line and at some stores then went to Aqua Living based on a friend's referral. The salesman was very helpful and patient. NIGHTMARE THE HOT TUB from Hell. these hot tubs are total junk .the LPI service is the worst .sold mine for a loss just to get rid of the junk. just lies
Our spa took almost 6months to be delivered, but it was very well worth the wait and it is extremely beautiful. Shannon, our sales lady was very helpful and thoughtful throughout the process.
Ion Feb.10th 2021 I filled out credit app. Was approved, we chose hot tub we would like to purchase, sent in via email required documents and have heard no response, tried calling, emails, text etc.. numerous times and nothing!! Maybe they did us a favor as we will take our business elsewhere.
ordered a spa on Nov 13th still nothing and no communication at all don't do business with these guys
Very satisfied with our Dr Wellness hot tub. The salesmen was very helpful when we ordered the tub. We knew that it would take longer to receive because of the Pandemic. After all everything else is backordered also. Even to this day (a year later). We greatly appreciate Aqua Living for selling us a very nice tub. It was worth the wait. Theresa C
This company has been a complete nightmare to deal with. I ordered my spa through their Hood River, Oregon office and then did not hear anything from them for 7 months. I kept calling and they kept putting me off or just didn't bother to pick up the phone or call back. Finally the spa was delivered to a trucking location in Oakland, CA., about 35 miles from my house. The trucking company said they wouldn't deliver the spa to my house because it was too heavy. Buyer Beware. I read many reviews before we went ahead and made this purchase. With the understanding that the inventory was running 8 - 12 weeks behind. Lets start with the sales team. They will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale. Once you leave the door. Good Luck ever getting ahold of them. My sales rep actually cant even receive emails. But he can send me one.
