Purchased a spa and they tell you to call the black hole of their tech support. Hot tub was supposed to have Bluetooth and wifi connection, I can't find either. You call the tech support phone number to sit in the que for 40 minutes to get sent to a voicemail. I suspect I will have to go to court to get compensation for the features and tech support that were sold but not delivered. Don't walk run away from these con artists.
