If you're ordering a custom tub, good luck Mine arrived missing a feature. I waited almost 2 months for it to arrive the 1st time. I was given the option to take a small refund of send it back and get a new one. The best part is, they have to make the changes to the current tub rather than fabricating a new one and swapping them out on delivery. There's also no refund or credit for time lost or the extra money needed to get the tub into my house the first time.

Good Experaince with this company. I have a very good experience with this company, I purchased a customized Jacuzzi from here and they gave me additional discount on it. So I highly recommend this company you may also purchase your bath tub with full customization from here.

Hydro Massage Jetted Tub My unit arrived with a leak. Took about 1 week for the company to get someone out here to fix it. Warning - I inquired about returning the unit to buy a larger size tub. The re-stocking fee is 25% plus I pay the shipping. That's about $800 to return my $2,300 tub to get a different one! Be very diligent in getting the correct depth (height from bottom to overflow) and length.

Difficult To Connect This is not regarding services or products. I recommend you use a "voice mail" to at least announce office hours. We wanted to visit your location this Saturday (from Colorado Springs) and the phone only rings...I could determine if that meant the office wasn't open at that time or if it wasn't going to open at all. Action Whirlpools Bath & Spa Service at (303) 364-1982 has an excellent message. PLEASE DELETE this review, since it's only to get a message to you. Your site doesn't offer another way...
