Aqua Lawn applied hydro seed at my new construction on 5/17/2024. It was very windy with sideways rain coming down during the entire application. The application was not applied in an even manner and several areas looked like washboard. I submitted a note with my payment explaining there was an issue with the manner it was laid and received a call informing me that they would not be coming out to reapply unless there was another job scheduled nearby, but could send someone out to give me a small bag of dry seed.
