We just bought the Hot Springs Envoy spa. It is absolutely amazing. The team at Aqua Land have been extremely responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and they do what they say they will do. That means a lot. Highly recommend them. Special shoutout to Tori and grateful for Jerry and team for helping with delivery and installation!
Bought a pool in May of 2025 and was installed sometime in June. At the start up this May the pool kept losing water. We found a small crack in the skimmer and sent a picture of the skimmer. Had to repeatedly call. Finally received a text telling me i winterized my pool wrong and it had froze. Absolutely not the case! We have been winterizing a pool for 20 years. I have been happy with Aqualand in the past, but this year it has been awful. I have called so many times trying to get help for my pool to figure out why it’s not cycling correctly and why I have to put so much $$$$ into shock since the salt part is not working. My “work order” hasn’t been addressed and my call backs are non existent. Not a happy customer!
We bought our pool from Aqualand several years ago. Each time we go into the store we get good service from a very friendly staff. We have never had a bad experience with them.
