Bought a pool in May of 2025 and was installed sometime in June. At the start up this May the pool kept losing water. We found a small crack in the skimmer and sent a picture of the skimmer. Had to repeatedly call. Finally received a text telling me i winterized my pool wrong and it had froze. Absolutely not the case! We have been winterizing a pool for 20 years. I have been happy with Aqualand in the past, but this year it has been awful. I have called so many times trying to get help for my pool to figure out why it’s not cycling correctly and why I have to put so much $$$$ into shock since the salt part is not working. My “work order” hasn’t been addressed and my call backs are non existent. Not a happy customer!
We bought our pool from Aqualand several years ago. Each time we go into the store we get good service from a very friendly staff. We have never had a bad experience with them.
