Reasonable prices didn’t price gouge me like another company
This morning on the Berlin Turnpike in Newington, I saw a truck carrying a trailer for this company do a left turn on a red light across the turnpike.
They are horrible. We called several times and got no response. We switched to a different company three years ago and they still send us bills for back flow testing, even though I've called multiple times telling them we are no longer their customers and that we aren't paying the bill for services we canceled more than three years ago. Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service from the clerk, I’m an active military Veteran who called two days straight about my system continuing to run without the controller being on. Woman was rude when asked if I can receive a number to call on the weekend to try and fix some new issues. It’s been since Wednesday last I have heard about who purged my system and why my backflow valve has a crack and leaking water when the main valve was turned on this season.
