החוויה שלי במלון לא הייתה טובה זה התחיל ברגל שמאל כשדלפק הקבלה היה סגור כשהגענו 19:00 צלצלנו כמה פעמים עד שענתה בחורה והיא הגיעה תוך 10 דקות, היא הייתה ממש חסרת סבלנות ולא הקשיבה לתחנונים של אשתי שהיא חייבת ומהר , לאחר רישום קבלנו מפתח שלא פתח את החדר ואז היא יצאה וחזרה לאחר כמה דקות וסימנה לי להגיע לחדר בקומה השניה ואמרה שהמפתח על המיטה ופשוט לקחה את הקורקינט שלה ועפה משם . לא עזר לי כשאמרתי לה שאשתי נכה וקשה לה לעלות במדרגות. החדר עצמו היה נקי ומינימלי, שילמנו 260$ ללילה וזה בהחלט לא שווה את המחיר . אני חייב לציין שבבוקר ... read more
The staff was incredible. The room was very clean and it was close to everything. We had a very large room with the kitchenette.
The location is great! The room was comfortable and clean.
