Since I bought my hot tub from them in 2014 all my service & chemicals have been with Aqua Fun. Recently a pump went out in freezing weather and I felt it was an emergency because the pipes inside could freeze & burst. From call to fix only took 3 hours! I thought that was terrific. I have hot tub stores closer to me but I’m sticking with Aqua Fun.
