Avoid this company as much as possible! Very bad service and non competent. The home warranty company picked them to repair my hot water dispenser. It took two weeks for them to stop by. The technician could not reach the dispenser because we have water filtering system under the kitchen sink. They claimed they are not a mouse and cannot do it. Another work order is for water softener. They rejected the service assigned to them for no reason. I really do not understand such company can survive for 10+years. They only deserve... read more
Very rude, could not diagnose the problem, said has to replace a part which will cost $375 on Amazon the same part was for $35.
very rude, can't do diagnosis, but order you around to do it. Basically, this plumber is nothing more than a installer, but charge/price is much higher than average. Especially when you have warranty, he will bill you and your warranty. Beware and never use Aquafresh, no matter you have warranty or not!
