Our company suffered a fire earlier this year and we contacted the company multiple times to change our services to a new location as a result. Aqua Falls apparently, even after multiple phone calls and messages changing the address, delivered bottles to a destroyed building somehow and we are being charged for them. They insist that the bottles were delivered and if they were this was not the location we updated our account to and leaving the bottles at a destroyed building is negligent and ignorant. Approximately one year ago Aqua Falls sold out to Culligan. I had been a customer of Aqua Falls for 20 years and they were great. I have had nothing but trouble with Culligan. August is my company's busy time. It compares to Christmas. for retail stores. Last year Culligan left us with no water and no one to contact. As Culligan tried to get themselves together they started charging for everything. They charge for equipment when we own our own equipment.
